Maywood Farms: The label is the view out Bob and Karen's Living room window. The mountain in the back ground is Mt. Shasta. In the fore ground is a 10 acre beaver pond. The north fork of Hall Creek borders the farm on two sides. Twenty five years ago, a family of beavers decided to make this section of the creek their home. Through the years, they have built and maintained a series of dams and ponds all along the creek.

Tehama: The bird represents a crow flying away with a ripe fig in its mouth. Maywood Farms is located in Tehama County. There are many stories about where the name originated. Our favorite is that Tehama was the local Indians word for salmon.
